2. No memory of ever supporting charity

Solution: Don’t just send emails to your donors to ask for money around event time, send them pictures or a thank you from the event and build a relationship with them

3. Did not remind donor to give again

Solution: Ask donors that donated in the past to give again. In your thank you email/note, thank them for their generosity but also remind them how next year’s event will be that much more successful

4. Did not inform donor how contribution was used

Solution: In your personal/team page, fundraising letter or thank you note, state that all money raised will support to MS research and local programs and services
